Car Rental Esperance

• Pick up your car in Esperance town instead of the airport. It often costs less, and the savings can be well worth the short ride from the terminal.
• For a summer trip (December-February), try to book a few months early to lock in a better price. Or, visit during spring or autumn when rental rates are usually lower.
• You don't need a huge vehicle for most spots. A standard 2WD car is perfect for the main attractions, including the sealed roads in Cape Le Grand National Park.
• Renting for a full week can be a smart move. Weekly rates are often much cheaper per day, so it pays to check the price difference even if you only need the car for five or six days.
• Always return the car with a full tank of fuel to avoid extra charges. Make sure to fill up in town before you head out, as there are no petrol stations in the nearby national parks.
