• Edmonton maintains significant service with 101 weekly flights.
• Kelowna and Winnipeg complete the top five destinations with 71 and 68 weekly flights respectively.

Calgary Airport has established itself as a critical cargo hub for Western Canada, demonstrating remarkable resilience and achieving record volumes in recent years.

• Calgary Airport processed 124,004 tonnes of cargo in 2024, representing an 11.8% increase from 2023.
• Pre-pandemic cargo volumes reached 88,864 tonnes in 2019, followed by a decline to 80,558 tonnes in 2020.
• Cargo operations showed consistent growth from 2021, rising from 96,948 tonnes to 108,090 tonnes in 2022 and 110,897 tonnes in 2023 before reaching record levels in 2024.

• August 2024 hailstorm: Severe weather caused water damage and closed B-gates and the Rental Car Centre while flights continued via other gates.
